Clairbourn's New Mission Statement: Creating Scholars and Leaders With Heart
Clairbourn is proud to announce its new mission statement: “Creating Scholars and Leaders with Heart.” We’re not changing who we are, we’re just stating it clearly for all to understand. Anyone who is familiar with the school knows that our graduates stand out for these three reasons. They are academically prepared to take on the rigors at top area high schools, they are equipped with leadership skills, and they have kind hearts that are service-minded. That’s why our graduates are in demand! Read more...
Introducing Our New Student Council Representatives
Student Council Class Representatives, for the second half of the school year are sixth-graders Belen C, Sarah I., and William L., seventh-graders Kaylie S., Alexander L., and Kevin Z., and eighth-graders Aaron C. and Emily W. They join the four officers elected last May, Cyanne J., Secretary, Matthew C., Treasurer, Kennedy K., Vice President, and Isabel C., President. Sincere appreciation goes to all the students who ran for the election, and we thank them for their willingness to serve Clairbourn School!
Check out these exciting leadership numbers!!!
Clairbourn students are ready to lead. In this last Student Council election cycle 37.5% of our middle school just ran for office! In the 6th grade 44% of sixth-graders stepped up for consideration to be their class reps and 56% of 7th graders just ran for office. We had 14% run for 8th grade positions (and more would have come forward but they are involved with the Shakespeare play which leaves little time for Student Coucil duties). Middle schoolers, we are so proud of your desire to serve your school!
