The fourth and fifth graders are holding a collection drive on behalf of Operation Santa Paws. All the collected items will benefit furry friends at the San Gabriel shelter. Please bring the items to the drop box in the transportation area. Due to safety concerns, stuffed toys, tennis balls, rawhide items and pig ears cannot be accepted.

Items Needed: BEDDING (new or gently used towels and blankets without filling), FOOD (dry canned dog/cat food), MISCELLANEOUS (cat litter, sealed packs of chicken or beef flavored dog/cat treats). We will collect donations until Tuesday, December 15. Thank you for supporting our fourth and fifth graders!
Clairbourn Theatre

For over fifteen years, Clairbourn has had the tradition of presenting a Winnie-the-Pooh play during the holiday season! This year, all eighth graders played a part in two casts for the production which was performed for younger students from JPK through third grade. We loved their humor, willingness to try something new, and most of all, how our students from all grades bonded through their love of theatre. Bravo, Clairbourn performers!

We are proud of our young athletes from the fifth and sixth grades for participating in a friendly tournament with Chandler, Mayfield and Polytechnic. The girls worked seamlessly as a team during their basketball games, while the boys poured their efforts into the soccer games on the field.

Thank you for representing Clairbourn

Clairbourn Gift Policy

Gratitude is always welcome, but a gift is never necessary. A kind note, a genuine thank you or a word of gratitude is always meaningful. Clairbourn has a stated gift policy for all employees:

• Employees may only accept gifts and/or gift cards that have a value of $100 or less.

• Employees may accept a gift and/or gift card of over $100 only if it is a collective gift and each individual’s contribution is $100 or less (i.e. the scrip gift at the holidays and end of the year).

Please help us by following this policy. If you feel you must do more than the note or word of thanks, please consider contributing to the group scrip gifts at the holidays and at the end of the year. Please do not put any employees in an awkward situation by ignoring the policy. If an employee receives something of higher value, it must be returned or will be donated to the school.

Thank you for helping us create an inclusive environment!

Middle school students have mid-term exams on December 19 and 20. Free dress and half-day on both December 19 and 20 for middle school only.
