From Head of School
Dear Clairbourn Families,
I am so excited to see everyone next week! It feels good to get away on trips and also feels great to prepare for the next year, but the heart and soul of what we do is about the students. I can't wait to see the smiles and hear the laughter they bring to campus. I am also excited to see the parents at our CFA-sponsored coffee on Thursday morning (our first day) following Morning Assembly. Both reunions of old friends and introductions to new ones are important and exciting. So please join us!
On our first few days, please arrive early so parking is easier and drop-off goes smoothly. If you wait until 8:00 a.m. to arrive, you will be in a long line of cars. We all will need to be patient and calm. Remember, safety is far more important than time. Please follow all driving laws and be courteous to our neighbors by not blocking intersections or driveways.
I am looking forward to seeing our returning families and meeting our new families.

Students should arrive at school by 8:00 a.m. They may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. and will be marked tardy starting at 8:05 a.m.

Clairbourn partners with Parker-Anderson to offer after-school care and preschool to 8th grade enrichment classes. Please check the flyers below:

2. Lango Preschool - Kindergarten After School Language Classes
JPK-K Lango Spanish enrichment classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday.
3. Clairbourn JPK-K After-School Daycare
Enrollment for the Clairbourn After-School Daycare Program 2023-24 is now open for JPK to K. The enrollment form is available on the Resource Page in CougarNet. For further assistance, please contact Nicole Wang in the Business Office.

School uniforms can be purchased by visiting the official supplier for uniforms and ties Lands’ End. Parents will need to set up an account on the Lands’ End website. Clairbourn School Number: 900030693 and Clairbourn Crest (School Logo) Code: 9817227K
Important note: there is no need to order PE uniforms since they will be provided for each student in grades 4-8.

Important School Forms
1. Complete Required Forms
Please complete all required forms found in your CougarNetaccount. If you have any questions about completing forms, or have difficulty logging in, please contact the school. Only required forms will have automatic email notification. There are also optional forms you may want to fill out in CougarNet.
2. Register With Magnus Health
Please enter all requested health information into your Magnus account right away. All families must complete Magnus health forms and submit their child’s immunization records before school begins. Please use this CougarNet link for Magnus Health in the Resource Board section to provide your information. New families must complete the Magnus Health and
new student forms due before school starts.
