 Magnus updates must be completed by August 19. All NEW families and current seventh grade and kindergarten students must submit their child’s immunization records by August 19 to Nick Jubilado at njubilado@clairbourn.org or upload directly into your Magnus account.

Mandatory Covid Testing on Friday August 26
Before school starts on Monday, August 29, we need everyone to get tested on Friday, August 26. The following are the preferred times for each grade level to minimize the wait time, but you can come any time that is convenient for you. Students need a negative Covid test before entering campus on Aug. 29.

Please fill out the forms below and bring them to your appointment. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE CLEARLY TO AVOID INSURANCE PROBLEMS. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A COPY OF YOUR ID (PARENT) AND INSURANCE INFORMATION.
| If you are unavailable to come to school for the test on August 26, you are responsible for getting a test over the weekend. You must show a negative result in order to start school on August 29. |
