Head of School Update
Happy Holiday Wishes
Dear Clairbourn Families,
My wish for you this holiday season is that each of you are able to turn off the news, think about something other than the pandemic, and focus for a time on the things that are most important.
As you celebrate your modified traditions this year or create new ones, I hope you will focus on the things that aren’t lost, changed, or missing. I am so grateful that joy is not limited by the number of people in a gathering, love is not contained by walls, and gratitude doesn’t need an in-person visit to be expressed.
All of these elements travel freely from the heart and can be expressed in limitless, creative, and effective ways. We each can share joy, love, and gratitude in abundance and feel the same coming back to us.
Happy holidays to you and your families,
Amy Patzlaff, Ed.D.

Thanks for Participating!
The fourth and fifth-graders at Clairbourn, thanks to your help, made a lot of animals happy this year. Their collection drive, asking for pet supplies on behalf of Operation Santa Paws, was a big success. All of the following items have been donated to the San Gabriel Animal Shelter.
